Dr. Anacleto B. Millendez, Program Director & Marketing Consultant

          He is a medical doctor, a public health advocate, an educator, a social activist, a philanthropist, a community organizer, and a television show host/producer. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree major in Humanities at the University of the Philippines (Diliman) in 1982 and conferred with the Doctor of Medicine degree at the Manila Central University in 1986. He is board certified in Family Practice by the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians , Inc. and is a member of the American Public Health Association (APHA), the American College for the Advancement in Medicine (ACAM) and the American Holistic Health Association (AHHA).

          Right after finishing his medical internship from the Veterans Memorial Medical Center in Quezon City, Philippines in 1987, he went back to his hometown in Pikit, Cotabato and opened his own private clinic. He later on served as a government physician in the Philippines and at the same time, he was also teaching in local nursing and midwifery schools. He migrated to the United States in 1994 and was connected with McAllen Heart Hospital, Stanford Hospital & Clinics and University of California in San Diego. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 7390 in San Diego, CA, the Catholic Men's Fellowship in Davao City, Philippines, and is the founder and chairman of the board of the Beautiful Heart Foundation, Inc. He was the recipient of the Most Outstanding Member for Humanitarian and Community Service by the Filipino-American Association of Greater McAllen in McAllen, Texas during the 1998 Philippine Centennial Celebration, and in June 2007, he was the Heritage Awardee of Hinigaranon of America, Inc. He is currently the CEO of the ABM International Consultancy, Inc., a California-registered corporation and the medical director of The Center for Holistic, Alternative & Resorative Medicine (The CHARM). Quite recently, he is passionate about website designing and he also attempts to finish writing a book entitled "A Beautiful Heart".

          Dr. Millendez is married to the former Eleanor Maquiraya Campo of Aparri, Cagayan, a registered nurse at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center and they are blessed with two adorable children, Cyril David and Kathleen Anne, both belonging to the top of their classes at St. Cyprian School. Presently, they are residing in Sunnyvale, California. Dr. Millendez is the youngest son of Corazon Belleza and Francisco Millendez of Hinigaran, Negros Occidental.

He is a licensed nurse and midwife in the Philippines and a registered nurse in the United State of America State of Vermont Board of Nursing.

He finished his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the College of Perpetual Help in Manila and Master of Arts in Nursing specialize in Community Health Nursing from the Far Eastern University and completed his Teacher Certificate Program from the Emilio Aguinaldo College. Being a nurse educator, he teaches in various Nursing schools and universities and also engaging in consultancy work and research.

He was granted a certificate by the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools and a member of various organizations such as Philippine Nurses Association, Association of Nursing Service Administrators of the Philippines Inc. and Integrated Midwives Association of the Philippines.
