Our Caloocan campus, formerly Holy Trinity School, was established in 1969 while the Antipolo Campus, formerly Westminster College, started in 2001.

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing Online Program of the World Citi Colleges was approved by the Philippines’ Commission on Higher Education (CHED) on June 15, 2009 after almost three years of preparation to finally come up with student-friendly website which can be accessed at www.wccbsnonline.com. 

This program is not only student-friendly but also student-centered. Each student is treated individually and is assessed on their work experience, general education credits and performance on the post-module tests presented in multiple-choice questions backed-up with answers and its corresponding rationalizations. There are a total of twenty (21) modules covering various core nursing subjects.

The highlights of each module are summarized in colorful and interesting Microsoft Powerpoint™ presentations well-written by seasoned academicians in the field of nursing in the Philippines. These Powerpoint™ presentations are well-secured and tightly-guarded, password-sensitive and can only be accessed by students and its respective modular writers.  An e-classroom has been set-up for our students to encourage real-time audio and visual interactions with the students, faculty and counselors on a scheduled basis using a special voice-over internet protocol (VOIP) soft phone device. Informative instructional videos have been uploaded to the website so that nursing skills and procedures are properly demonstrated online. All of our teaching materials are delivered through an English medium.
